A practical handbook for flexographic printers, operators, supervisors and packaging professionals sold out within three days of its launch at LOUPE India 2026.
A young second-generation entrepreneur from Alliance Printech Private Limited has authored The Ultimate Guide to Flexo Printing, a practical handbook designed to help printing professionals understand flexographic technology and improve shop-floor performance. Launched at LOUPE India 2026, the book received an encouraging industry response, with all copies from the launch print run sold out by the third day of the exhibition.
The book is particularly aimed at new flexo operators, experienced printers transitioning from offset, gravure or digital printing, supervisors, students and business owners looking to strengthen their technical understanding and production efficiency.
Comprising six chapters and 36 topics, the handbook covers essential aspects of flexographic printing, including plates, anilox rolls, inks, inline converting, makeready, print registration and troubleshooting. It uses simple explanations, illustrations and practical examples to help readers identify print defects, select the right consumables, optimise press settings and reduce production waste.
For printing business owners and managers, the book also introduces the NOVA Framework, a four-part checklist focused on job planning, cost management, press verification, maintenance and training. The framework aims to help businesses improve profitability while minimising downtime and material wastage.
Drawing on his experience as Sales Director at Alliance Printech, the author developed the handbook to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and practical pressroom requirements.
The strong response at LOUPE India highlighted the industry’s demand for accessible technical resources that support skill development and better printing practices.
