Company with an experience of over 23 years in serving the Printing and Packaging Industry, Vintex has progressed as one of the prominent suppliers and exporters of all kinds of rubber rollers in India and globally. At Hiplex, Hyderabad company presented their latest products for the flexographic industry. Mayank Chhabra, director of Vintex Rubber Rollers, talked about their new products, especially for the flexographic industry.

He said, ‘We have been into rubber rollers for the last 23 years, and recently, we have added several products for flexographic printing. Flexographic printing is growing day-by-day like narrow, stack flexo and wide-web. We have different solutions for flexo presses, like specialised plate mounting sleeves; laser engraved sleeves for roller, which gives a joint-less printing result. Typically, when a plate is mounted on a sleeve manually, you get a joint mark in printing, but with our laser-engraved sleeve, the spot gets removed, and you get a seamless printing result; we also provide HD polymer plates. We have set up two Dupont CDI exposing lines and an analux protection cover.’

‘Anticipating the growth in the flexo market segment, we have invested in advanced technological equipment and more production space. Shortly, we are coming up with a more extensive facility in Gurgaon. We are expanding our services with new facilities in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad by next year.

Since rubber rollers are our core business, we emphasise increasing our production capacity and manufacturing more significant rollers. Currently, we can manufacture rollers of 4-meter length and 600 mm diameter. But with the expansion, we will be capable of manufacturing 8-meter and 1500-diameter rollers. Our rubber rollers are made of custom-made superior quality materials like Nitril, EPDM, Neoprene, Hypalone, Silicone for Offset, Gravure, Flexo, Lamination, Slitters Coating line, Holography, Garmex, Solventless Lamination and for Corona Treatment,’ concludes Mayank.
