At Pamex, Vinsak promoted various types of equipment, including ABG – Digicon Series 3, Rietstack IRS, Tabletop Rewinder, Roll Lifter (VRL Series), and Vinsak USAR (universal slitter and rewinder).
The live demos were conducted for its USAR (universal slitter and rewinder), which is meant for high-resolution security printing with customizable finishing solutions. Slitter rewinder, die cutting, semi-rotary die-cut, 100% inspection/inkjet system can be configured on it as per customer requirements. The machine runs up to 300 meters per minute.
Especially for flexible packaging converters, the company promoted Lombardi’s short-run flexible packaging machine.
Managaing Director for Vinsak, Ranesh Bajaj, at Pamex, said, “We are focusing on the short-run flexible packaging and connected packaging. Lombardi’s short-run flexible packaging press is ideal for flexible packaging converters. Equivalent to conventional gravure presses, it can efficiently handle productions up to 500 kilos and below. We also showcased the press in PlastIndia 2023, which can produce hi-quality packaging pouches, shrinks sleeves, and many other products. Lombardi press can print up to 12 microns unsupported BOPP. We have recently sold 10 colour 600 mm wide press to a customer in Mysore for short-run flexible packaging production. We also have label-finishing equipment.”
Talking about Pamex, he said, “We have received a good response from the show, the first day was slow, but then the footfall picked up. The show has been excellent for us.”
