Turning insight into innovation and challenges into lasting customer partnerships.

Built on trust. Driven by quality. Defined by commitment.

In an industry where precision defines performance and consistency builds trust, Scancode Auto ID Technology Pvt. Ltd. has steadily built a reputation anchored in reliability, quality, and deep customer understanding. What began as an effort to address persistent industry challenges has evolved into a compelling story of transformation—driven by insight, bold investments, and a relentless commitment to delivering value.

Not just printing labels—building confidence with every impression.

The foundation of this journey can be traced back to 2016, when close engagement with customers revealed recurring pain points such as inconsistent quality, service gaps, and inflexible processes. These insights proved to be a turning point. Rather than working around these issues, the company chose to address them at their root. As Mitesh Patel explains, “Our customers didn’t need another vendor—they needed a dependable partner. That realization changed everything for me.”

Listening closely. Acting decisively. Delivering consistently.

This shift in mindset led to a decisive move in 2021, when Scancode established its own manufacturing facility. By bringing production in-house, the company gained complete control over quality, delivery timelines, and service standards—strengthening its ability to meet customer expectations with consistency.

Control the process. Elevate the outcome.

Mitesh Patel, Managing Director of Scancode

As the packaging landscape evolved, so did market expectations. Packaging increasingly became a key driver of brand perception, pushing companies to enhance both quality and innovation. Scancode responded with strategic intent. In 2023, it invested in Gujarat’s first 450 mm 8-colour LED flexo press, reinforcing its commitment to high-quality output. The move enabled the company to cater to a diverse range of sectors including FMCG, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, home and personal care, and agrochemicals. “We never wanted to compete on price alone. We wanted to compete on quality that speaks for itself,” notes Patel.

When quality speaks, the market listens.

Building on this momentum, we expanded our vision beyond manufacturing into a more holistic offering. This led to the launch of IMPRENTA, our premium printing and packaging brand—marking a significant transition from being a label manufacturer to becoming a comprehensive packaging solutions provider.

IMPRENTA was designed as a true single-window platform, offering integrated services across labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, mono cartons, and laminated rolls, along with design support for new and emerging companies. The idea was simple yet powerful—make packaging seamless for our customers.

This evolution was driven by a deep understanding of real customer challenges. We observed that many of our clients were struggling to coordinate with multiple vendors, often resulting in inefficiencies and inconsistencies. IMPRENTA was our answer to that problem—a unified solution where everything comes together under one roof.

Today, it’s not just about what we manufacture, but how we simplify and add value to our customers’ entire packaging journey. Patel explains.

One partner. Total solutions. Zero compromise.

The company’s forward-looking approach is further reflected in its adoption of digital printing technologies. In 2025, Scancode installed the Domino N610i-H, enabling faster turnaround times, shorter print runs, and enhanced customization capabilities. This investment positions the company among a select group of converters in India equipped to meet the growing demand for agility and personalization in label production. As Patel puts it, “Technology is not an expense for us—it’s an investment in staying relevant tomorrow.”

Equally important is the strength of the partnership behind the technology. The Domino machine comes backed by robust local service, consistent support, and continuous handholding—providing both Imprenta and Scancode with complete peace of mind. Domino thus stands not just as a technology provider, but as a strong and reliable partner in their growth journey.

As Patel aptly puts it, “Technology is not an expense for us—it’s an investment in staying relevant tomorrow.”

Speed meets precision. Innovation meets execution.

Beyond labels, Scancode has also made significant strides in flexible packaging, offering solutions such as spout pouches, zipper pouches, stand-up formats, multi-seal pouches, pillow pouches, and laminated rolls. However, the company’s real strength lies not just in its product range, but in its consultative approach. By tailoring solutions to individual customer needs, Scancode ensures that functionality and performance align seamlessly with application requirements. “Every customer is different. Our job is not to standardize them—it’s to customize ourselves for them,” Patel emphasizes.

Not standard solutions—tailored excellence.

At the core of Scancode’s growth is a clear philosophy—understand deeply, act decisively, and deliver consistently. This belief system has shaped its journey from a solution provider addressing basic label challenges to a comprehensive packaging partner driving innovation and efficiency. Central to this approach is a commitment that defines the company’s culture. As Patel concludes, “We have built this company on one principle—no matter the challenge, we find a way. At Scancode, we never say NO.”

Challenges accepted. Solutions delivered. Always.

Today, with integrated capabilities under IMPRENTA and advanced digital printing technologies supporting its operations, Scancode is not only expanding its footprint but also contributing to the evolution of the packaging industry. Its journey stands as a testament to what can be achieved when vision is matched with execution—and when customer needs remain at the heart of every decision.

Because true success isn’t printed—it’s created.
