The manufacturing facility is located in the industrial zone of MIDC, Nagpur. Speaking about the technology used for manufacturing packaging, Gaurav Gupta, Managing Director of the company said, “We utilize a rotogravure printing machine (Pelican) capable of printing up to 10 colours. This high-end equipment ensures precise, premium-quality printing on all our packaging products. Additionally, we have solvent-based lamination machines and advanced converting equipment for slitting, seaming, and pouching.”

“The Indian label market is witnessing rapid growth, driven by increased demand for high-quality, durable, and aesthetically appealing packaging. Sustainable packaging is also a significant trend, as more companies are looking to reduce their environmental footprint. Additionally, the adoption of advanced printing techniques like digital printing is reshaping the market, allowing for more customization and flexibility. One of the most challenging decisions was during our expansion phase when we had to choose between increasing production capacity and investing heavily in sustainable practices. Ultimately, we decided to pursue both goals simultaneously, recognizing that sustainability is key to long-term growth. This decision required significant financial and operational adjustments, but it has since paid off by aligning us with global sustainability standards and strengthening our reputation in the market.”

About the latest innovation, he added, “Our major achievements include pioneering the Shrink Film and Printed Shrink Sleeves markets in India and achieving a significant production jump from 200 M.T. per annum to 1600 M.T. per annum. Our recent innovations include expanding our flexible packaging division and developing high-quality, multi-layer laminated pouches that offer enhanced protection for products across various sectors.”
