The show, in particular, is dedicated to the corrugated industry, which is growing very fast in India, we want to be the number one player in providing the pre-press solution for printing plates, and that’s how we are here.”
“Corrugation industry has been consistently growing at a double-digit rate from many years. More and more people are upgrading their quality and going for hi-tech machines like Bobst. The quality of the box and the quality of the print on the box are both equally important. Corrugated post-print is a preferred process by which the converters produce the boxes. Compared to the flexible packaging and labels segment, the corrugation industry is out-performing in terms of growth. Flexible packaging, however, has grown to an extent where every gravure converter has at least one CI Flexo. In Labels, UV flexo is a much-preferred choice, but the corrugated industry has seen unprecedented growth. We got a good response from the show. We are having good discussions with the customers visiting our stall.”
