The most trusted source for Flexographic printing plates across the country, Creative Graphics is leading the way in producing high-quality printing plates for packaging with state-of-the-art facilities.

Creative Graphics is the largest manufacturer of digital flexographic plates in India and has worked with the best-in-class packaging companies in India. The company participated in the recently concluded PlastIndia, where we spoke to the Managing Director of the company Mr.Depanshu Goel.

New Manufacturing Facility in Pune

He said, “We registered a remarkable growth of nearly 20% in 2022. Recently, we have set up a new plant in Pune that will be operational by mid of February. We have six manufacturing facilities in India, and to add to it, recently, we have set up another manufacturing facility in Pune to service the label and packaging converters in the region. “

Setting-up new Benchmark with Innovation

Talking about the new development, he added, “We cater to more than 50% of India’s CI presses, stack presses, and woven sack presses. We have also introduced software that gives very high-definition plates, which reduces press stoppage and saves inks in flexible packaging printing, resulting in good productivity and much less wastage. First-time in India, we are developing photopolymer sleeves for any flexo printing application. With this innovation, the bottleneck of the joints will be eliminated, and will have seamless sleeves without joints.”

Emphasizing Flexo Operation

“Our continuous endeavor is to promote flexo operation and encourage converters to adapt the process for sustainable reasons. This year we will have many CI presses coming into the Indian market. As there is also much thrust from MNCs for Flexo printing, we are educating the market and emphasizing printers to adopt flexo printing.”

“India is a growing market, and we wanted to be a part of this growth. We continuously invest in new technology and try to reduce our TAT to improve our service. We want to enhance the flexographic market in India.” concludes Goel.
