A single large-scale show for the corrugated board printing and packaging industries in India, IndiaCorr Expo 2025 was held from September 11–13 at India Expo Center & Mart at Greater Noida in Delhi-NCR in which a host of prominent companies exhibited the latest products, machines, materials, innovations, and various allied solutions. The show not only meant for showcasing products but also crafted it as a prolific platform where viable business connections and collaborations took place.
Swarmed delightfully at IndiaCorr Expo 2025 were arrays of exhibitors that majorly consisted of OEMs, product manufacturers, material suppliers, technology providers, packaging convertors, and many associated businesses. Key exhibitors from both India and overseas at the show amused crowds of trade visitors with the trendy products and solutions they showcased and demonstrated with live operations.
Among the league of show-stopping exhibitors was Heidelberg India whose key exhibits included a line of new MK Ecocut die-cutting machines for the corrugated packaging sector. MK Ecocut 130CS and MK Ecocut 170CS in the line were cutting-edge die-cutting machines with stripping. Another flagship die-cutting system in the line was MK Ecocut 106CS die-cutting machine, designed for ensured superior precision with excellent quality die-cutting.
Mr Samir Patkar, President, Heidelberg India Private Limited, stated, “This year, theme of our booth is on comprehensive post-press solutions.” He added that the line of MK Ecocut die-cutting machines presented at the company’s elegant award-winning stall is perfectly designed for reliable performances with high precision. Heidelberg India’s stall won the ‘Best Stall Design Award’ at IndiaCorr Expo 2025.
DuPont™ Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions, a leading provider of flexographic platemaking systems, launched new DEC 185 digital flexo plate—a totally new version with the logo of ‘DuPont™ Cyrel®’ engraved inimitably on it to ensure it is genuine and distinguished amongst the fake ones flooded in the current market. This low-to-medium durometer digital plate is ideally made to withstand the increasing demand for accuracy in outputs and productivity in the corrugated board market of India.
Mr Edwin Koh, AP Commercial Leader, DuPont™ Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions, said that DEC 185 signifies a new step in the ongoing efforts of DuPont™ Cyrel® to help their clients in the Indian corrugated board printing market contribute a new standard to their print standardisation.
On the other side of the show floor, BOBST India highlighted its two major initiatives in the country. First, the manufacturing of complete Nexo folder-gluer line in Pune facility, which was inaugurated earlier this year. The folder-gluer line was previously produced only in Lyon, France. Secondly, the promotion of its carbon fiber chamber doctor blade—lighter, easier to handle, and more durable than the ones made of steel or aluminum.
Mr Venugopal Menon, Zone Business Director BU Printing Converting-Indian Sub Continent, BOBST India, asserted that the theme of the company’s booth at the show this year revolved around digitization and connectivity. In this, he detailed that BOBST’s machines are now capable to connect to the clients’ ERPs with all the production data being stored on the cloud and metrics like OEE, uptime, stoppage, and job counts controllable remotely.
Presenting its new product line expanded with the addition of highly versatile and cost-efficient rigid box making machines, SASG UV Solutions marked a successful participation in the show. “Just recently, we included rigid box making machines into our product line. Beyond our expectations, we confirmed the bookings of around 10 semi automatic rigid box making machines during the show,” informed Mr Sankoch Gaur, Director Technical, SASG UV Solutions Pvt Ltd.
VIG Graphics used IndiaCorr Expo 2025 as a platform to position itself as a fully indigenous supplier of corrugation and converting equipment. Flute laminators, which the company proudly ‘Made in India’, were some key products highlighted at the company’s stall. “For laminating, we also demonstrate our non-stop gum rollers for zero wastage, non-stick coatings for faster cleaning, a stainless-steel reinforced structure with double bearings, and weldless conveyors that reduce energy consumption and the carbon footprint,” mentioned Mr Advitya Kumar Sarin, Junior Director at VIG Graphics.
Just another crowd puller at the show, Robus India launched a groundbreaking system called BOX STREAM for modern corrugation and flexographic folder gluer (FFG) solutions. It’s a tailored solution for the E & Q-commerce markets. Mr Prem Vishwakarma, Managing Director of Robus India, said they are thrilled to receive floods of enquiries on the new innovation during the show.
CGSASP (Curated Graphic Supplies) presented a handful of machinery and consumables, which include the corrugator belts from Muhlen Sohn and controlled condensate system (CCS) from Friese. Mr Arun Gandhi, Director, CGSASP Pvt Ltd, said some of their overseas principals are also present at the show.
Presenting some new products, Natraj Industries demonstrated one of its well-designed and engineered flute laminators and some rigid box making machines. Hitesh Nagpal, Director Marketing, Natraj Industries, mentioned that the show continuously pulls quality and focused crowds on all three days. Ample Graphics pulled the crowds to its appealing showcase of a Huawei automatic high-speed flute laminator. Mr Rajeev Jagga, Director, Ample Graphics Pvt Ltd said the new cutting-edge 5-ply laminator is packed with advanced features, such as handling of maximum sheet size of 1450x1450mm.
Renuka Sofftect, a leading developer and provider of AI-enabled customisable ERP solutions for the printing & packaging industry, presented its set of upgraded solutions for the corrugation industry at the show. Mr Mohit Jain, Partner at Renuka Softtec, said hordes of crowds at the company’s stall were literally thrilled to find the full-fledged customisable ERP solutions, which are exclusively designed for corrugation jobs. Fair Deal Engineers showcased some flagship non-woven bag manufacturing machines and others like automatic W-cut punching machine. Mr Prashant Arora, Director, Fair Deal Engineers, informed that the show pulled ideal visitors for the machines and solutions which they showcased.
Other key showstoppers at IndiaCorr Expo 2025 were Hubergroup, Erhardt+Leimer, NBG Printographic, Zhongke India, Uflex, Sodhisons and others.
IndiaCorr Expo is organised by RX India, also known as Reed Exhibitions (P) Ltd, a unit of RX Global that hosts over 400 events in 43 sectors across 22 countries. Next edition of IndiaCorr Expo will be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Goregaon (E), Mumbai, on October 14-16, 2026.
