Recently, the company bagged a major order in Asia for two highly automated COLORMAN e-line presses for a newspaper house and an order for VARIOMAN in France.
We spoke to Managing Director, Mr.Sudeep Bhattacharjee, about their latest offering VARIOMAN. Sudeep Bhattacharjee is a seasoned professional with a demonstrated work experience in the newspaper & manufacturing industry. He has been leading manrolandGoss in its operations in India & neighboring countries since 2016.
He said ‘VARIOMAN caters to the needs of next-generation packaging converters with sustainable goals. It is a packing printing press based on offset technology. The press is capable of printing on Films, Paper & Board at 400 mts/min with varying Web widths i.e 850mm, 1120mm, 1300mm.
VARIOMAN comes in 3 models for different purposes:
F-Line is used for Flexible packaging which is capable of printing from 10 microns to 300 microns films/paper.
C-Line is used for Carton/Rigid packaging which is capable of printing on 100 microns to 700 microns paper/board.
B-Line is used for Book printing which is capable of printing 30gsm to 120 gsm paper.
