Seven of the top renowned label printers in India have recently installed SaiLED – the LED curing systems, with a total of nine installations across the country. These systems offer a price-effective solution with a return on investment (ROI) achieved in just two years. Designed to be robust, the SaiLED curing systems can seamlessly integrate with any flexo press without the need for modifications. Furthermore, productivity in label printing can increase by 20% to 35% thanks to the high quality and Original Seoul Semiconductor LED Chip used in these systems. This enhanced productivity not only maximizes the use of existing presses and labor but also leads to increased sales turnover. As a result, printers can complete jobs using a single press, eliminating the necessity for investing in additional equipment for expansion.

“We are pleased to announce the installation of SaiLED at several converters across India. The following companies have been equipped with our technology: Bartech Data Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Vasai, Barspell Technology Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, Saicom Systems in Bhiwandi, Mumbai, Renault Papers Pvt. Ltd. in Palghar, Maharashtra, and Ideal Sealtape Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Tapadia Polyesters Pvt. Ltd. in Nagpur, along with Datatrack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Paper Combines in Nagpur, as well as Sai Impression Labels in Chennai. Additionally, installations at Paper Combines and Sai Impression Labels are scheduled to take place in November, following LabelExpo 2024. We look forward to the successful implementation of our solutions in these key locations.” says Mr. Satish Wakchure, the managing director of Saicom System.

Energy Efficienct and High Performance

“Switching to Sai LED technology can lead to significant savings in power consumption, as evidenced by the experiences of big-label printers who have adopted this solution. At Saicom Systems, we’ve provided tangible proof of reduced electricity bills over the past four years, showcasing how our clients have benefited from these savings. Additionally, the transition to Sai LED has resulted in increased productivity and a decrease in raw material waste when compared to traditional UV Mercury and Waterbase ink curing systems. Our clients have reported impressive annual savings ranging from ₹ 15 lakhs to ₹ 25 lakhs, highlighting the financial advantages of incorporating Sai LED into their flexo press operations.”

“The SaiLED Chip offers a remarkably high and consistent UV dose, enabling the drying of varnishes and cold stamping adhesives at impressive speeds of 120-150 meters per minute. This efficiency allows presses equipped with SaiLED technology to achieve a significant production capacity of 11,000 square meters (310mm x 36,000 running meters) within just 10 hours. A standout feature of the SaiLED system is its effective heat dissipation, facilitated by the thoughtfully designed LED Cassette, Controller Panel, and high-quality Chiller. The Chiller, incorporating a reliable Panasonic Compressor and premium stainless steel pumps, ensures that no rusted water contaminates the cassette. Furthermore, it is electronically connected with advanced security features, automatically halting the LED operation in case of any significant fluctuations in electricity load or temperature variations.”
