At the PAMEX, Pulis presented its Pulisi DSmart 330F UV inkjet digital label press, drawing interest from label converters exploring digital solutions for short- and medium-run production. The press is configured as a six-colour system featuring CMYK + white + orange, designed to deliver high-resolution label printing with consistent colour reproduction.
The DSmart 330F is equipped with a comprehensive inline configuration that includes an unwinder, web guiding system, corona treater, web cleaner, primer flexo unit with UV curing, re-register scanner, UV LED curing system with chiller, and rewinder, supported by RIP software for workflow management and variable data printing.
During the exhibition, the Pulis team highlighted the press’s ability to handle variable data applications such as barcodes and QR codes while maintaining fast job changeovers and minimal setup waste. The system is designed to process a range of label substrates, enabling converters to efficiently manage versioned, personalised, and short-run label jobs.
