Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to the current offers applicable to our subscription plans and pricing. Any terms and conditions disclosed to you during the ordering process will be considered part of these Terms.

HSAC reserves the right to modify the pricing of its print publications (products) and will notify you of any price increase before applying the new charges. By using our websites or making a purchase, you consent to receive all communications — including notices, disclosures, agreements, policies, receipts, confirmations, transaction and account information — electronically. These communications will be sent to your registered email address, and such electronic mailings will be deemed received within 24 hours of being sent. These communications satisfy all legal requirements, including those that mandate written communication.

HSAC may modify the content, format, or availability of any print publication at its discretion. The frequency of magazine issues is subject to change without prior notice. Some issues may be designated as double issues at HSAC’s sole discretion.

If your print magazine is returned to us as undeliverable by the postal service, we are under no further obligation to deliver unless a corrected address is provided within three weeks.

Please note that nothing on our websites constitutes a binding offer to sell, distribute, or give away any products. In the event of a pricing error, HSAC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. We also reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, or to restrict delivery to certain addresses, even after an order confirmation is issued.

Our websites may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, particularly concerning product descriptions, pricing, or availability. HSAC makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided on the websites.


Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription cancellations will not be accepted once a free gift associated with the subscription has been dispatched. If you choose to cancel after dispatch, the cost of the gift (as specified in the offer) will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that HSAC does not accept return of free gifts in lieu of cancellation.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Call our Customer Service team, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM at 9029025242

  • Or send an email with the subject line “CANCELSUB” to abhishek@lfam.in, including your subscription number and the subscription details.

Refunds are subject to the terms of the offer accepted at the time of subscription. All refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis (i.e., only the unfulfilled portion of the subscription will be refunded). Any bank charges or processing fees incurred will be deducted, and the net amount will be refunded. Refund processing time is 4–6 weeks.

Only defective or damaged products can be returned — within 4 working days of delivery — upon submission of proof of damage. To initiate a return, email abhishek@lfam.in with the subject “Magazine return.” HSAC’s liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid for the subscription.
