Spoorthi Labeling bought Weigang’s Labelexpo India demo machine, the 10 colour ZJR-350G all Servo UV Flexo Label Press
Hyderabad-based Spoorthi Labeling Solutions Pvt. Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Self Adhesive Printed Labels, Polyester Labels, Thermal Transfer Ribbons, Barcode Labels and Printed Tags. To meet the growing Label requirement company has booked its third Weigang Flexo press at Labelexpo India 2022 .
At the Weigang stand in Labelexpo India, Mr. Manmohan Raj, the Managing Director at Spoorthi Labeling Solutions, said, “we incorporated the company in 2013 . We all have an experience of nearly 16 years in the printing industry. Our printing journey started in 2012 with the purchase of a small 4-color flat-bed printing / die-cutting machine and the label business started in 2016 after acquiring our 1st – 6-color Weigang Flexo Press. Before the end of third year , we added a another Weigang 8-color flexo press and within a short span two years thereon , We Ordered a 10-color Weigang all Servo Driven UV Flexo press. In addition, we bought converting machines like high speed Slitter Rewinder and Flat bed Die cutting / Hot stamping machines from Weigang.”
Weigang – ZJR 350G is 350mm wide 10- color flexo press with sleeve technology & has options of web cleaner, double sided corona treatment, Turn bar, cold foil with differential Shafts , Multilayer attachment , Special Lamination , Stepless UV dryer with hot air tunnel for meeting the diversified needs of the client in narrow web shrink sleeve and IML production. The press, with its capability to print on a wide variety of substrates from 15 micron film to 350 GSM board.
“Majorly, we are catering to the Pharma Industries, as there is good potential in the Pharma segment in Hyderabad. The rest 40% of our production output is consumed by the Cosmetic, Agriculture, and FMCG industries.”
The USP of Spoorthi Labeling Solutions is Its Print quality consistency and timely supplies. The production area is over 16000 sq. ft. with workforce of more than 40 people and company’s annual turnover is more than 10 Cr.
Talking about their expansion plans, he said, “In 2013, our turnover was appx 25 lacs and now it is more than 10 CR . I see Digital as the future of printing and there will be more expansion in the digital segment soon. , Our goal is to buy a Pulisi digital printing press in the next 2-3 years because Pulisi is best suited for us as per our production requirement. The demand for lesser quantity labels is on the rise and currently, we cater to those demands with Konica Minolta sheet-form machine.”
